Responsible representation.
Endless creative possibilities.
Reps on Set are production consultants, coordinators, and licensed mental healthcare professionals for underrepresented identities in television, film, and stage, particularly BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and those with marginalized sexual identities and expressions.
We help creatives achieve authentic, respectful representation that supports storytellers and connects with audiences.

Intimate Storytelling
If you’re telling stories about BIPOC intimacy, LGBTQIA+ identities, expansive genders, and sexual outsiders, you want subject matter experts who can consult and resource your set to create the most authentic, responsible representation possible. That’s where we come in.
REPS’ intimacy storytellers work closely with writers, directors, and actors to create spaces for creative freedom, positive working environments, and rich, intersectional stories. Our tools include consent check-ins, character development, production consulting, and choreography. Should your project need additional intimate storytelling support, our BIPOC experts are also trained and certified Intimacy Coordinators, listed on the SAG-AFTRA Registry of Intimacy Coordinators.

On Set Mental Wellness
Maintaining a safe, supportive set includes looking after your cast and crew’s mental and emotional well-being, especially when dealing with sensitive subject material.
REPS’ licensed mental health professionals are skilled in content review for potential triggers, on-set risk, crisis mitigation, and creating support structures before, during, and after production.
Our specialists are trained in culturally responsive cognitive behavioral therapy and performance psychology. We’re available for virtual and on-set support for flagged scenes, as well as overall wellness for your cast and crew.

Cultural Coordination
Powerful content doesn’t come from theory, its authenticity is rooted in practice. Our broad roster of vetted consultants are more than experts, they’re advocates from and for the communities, cultures, and identities they represent.
Hiring a REPS consultant is a way to bring these outside voices IN to inform the work and create recognizable representation in your story from pitch to post.
Instead of worrying about getting it wrong, imagine how iconic it’d be to get it right.
